This GTC document regulates the conditions of use of the services provided by the Service Provider to its Customers. These Terms of Use also regulate the rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties and other relevant terms and conditions in this respect that may not be included in a separate agreement.

I. General conditions for all services
1. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in a separate contract, the Service Provider shall, as a general rule, provide a full guarantee for the functional operation of the website for 1 month, counting from the date of delivery. The full guarantee shall apply if the Customer stores the website on a server operated by the Supplier and does not grant third parties external access to it. If the Customer stores the website on its own server or on a server operated by an external service provider, the guarantee is limited to restoring the backup made at the time of delivery. In the case of storage on an external server, the Parties expressly exclude the Service Provider's liability in the event of failure, loss of data or any other error occurring after the transfer.

2. The Customer acknowledges that the Service Provider will send any payment reminders electronically to the e-mail address indicated at the time of conclusion of the contract or acceptance of the offer, and acknowledges that in the event of a delay in payment of any debt exceeding 15 days after the sending of the payment reminder notice, the collection of the outstanding amount will be transferred to the Contractor's debt management and collection partner and the payment of the resulting fees and commissions will be borne in full by the Customer.

3. The Customer acknowledges that the Service Provider has electronic invoicing in practice and that the Service Provider provides an e-invoice in pdf format in accordance with the legislation of its place of establishment, which is sent to the Customer by e-mail.

II. General terms and conditions for the provision of websites, portals, webshops and other Internet applications or pages (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Website)

1. Web hosting requirements: If the Customer wishes to store the completed Website on an external server or web hosting not requested by the Contractor, the Customer shall notify the Contractor of this after the conclusion of the contract and provide the Contractor with the following technical parameters for the installation of the Website: PHP5, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin, UTF8, php mail function support, F info.

2. Warranty, guarantee: Unless otherwise provided for in the contract between the Service Provider and the Customer, the Service Provider shall provide a full guarantee for the functional operation of the website for a period of 2 months from the date of delivery. The full guarantee shall apply if the Customer stores the website on a server operated by the Supplier and does not grant third parties external access to it. If the Customer stores the website on its own server or on a server operated by an external service provider, the guarantee is limited to restoring the backup made at the time of delivery.

3. Browsers, platforms: The Service Provider optimises the websites created for the Customer for the latest versions of the following browsers and versions older than one version: Mozilla Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari.

4. External systems: In case of integration and connection with external systems (e.g.: mailing systems, CRM systems, social networking sites, e.g.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, online payment systems, inventory management and invoicing systems, enterprise management systems or any other system not developed by the Service Provider), the Service Provider shall not be liable for the operation, possible errors and any errors or possible malfunctions resulting from changes in the operation of the external systems. Unless otherwise provided for in the individual contract, the Service Provider shall take as the starting point for the operation of the external systems the state of the external systems on the date of signature of the contract for the development in question.
